Terms & Conditions - Unique Weddings and Event Hire

There Terms and Conditions (''Terms'') apply to all bookings made with Unique Weddings and Event Hire, a sole trader providing wedding and event hire services, including mini golf and other entertainment or decorative items. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a completed customer contact form and a non-refundable deposit (see section 2).

Availability is offered on a first come, first served basis.
​
You must be over 18 to place a booking.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.

The balance is due 4 weeks before the event date.
​
Cancellations
If we (the business) must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances , a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.
Delivery & Setup
We will deliver, set up, and collect the hired items at the agreed times and location.

You (the client) are responsible for ensuring access to the venue and suitable space for items.
Client Responsibilities
You must ensure all hired items are treated with care and not moved without permission.

Children must be supervised at all times when using equipment.
​
You will be liable for any damage, loss or theft of hired items during the hire period.
Weather & Outdoor Use
If equipment is to be used outdoors, it must be on a flat, dry surface.

In case of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain or wind), we reserve the right to modify or cancel the setup for safety reasons.
Liability
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents or damage to persons or property caused by misuse of the hired items.

Insurance
We hold Public liability insurance up to £5 million.
